摘要
为提高空空导弹的装配效率、优化装配路径,在已完成全弹结构样机设计的基础上,基于现有产品数据管理平台和各类软件,开展针对全弹、各组件的装配仿真工作。通过对C3D软件的二次开发,引入基于形状的层次包围盒算法对狭小舱段内零件装配进行碰撞检查:对近圆柱体零件采用优化的CBB包围盒,其余零件采用球包围盒。经实践验证,该算法对缩短装配干涉检查时间起到显著作用。C3D软件依据装配路径生成完整装配动画,为实际装配提供依据。
In order to improve the assembly efficiency and optimize the assembly path of airto- air missiles,based on the virtual prototype of full-missile, the assembly simulation for missile and various components is underway by using product data management platform and various types of software. Through the secondary development of C3D software, the shape classificationbased hierarchical bounding box algorithm is introduced to perform collision detection in narrow compartments: the optimized CBB bounding box is used for packaging the near cylindrical models, and the other models are packaged with sphere bounding boxes. by practice proved,this algorithm can effectively shorten the assembly interference detection time. The C3D software generates a complete assembly animation based on the assembly path, which provides a basis for actual assembly.
