摘要
本文主要是针对微电容超声波换能器在水下的应用需求,对阵列水下封装的方法进行了一定的分析和研究,通过制定一定的测试方案,搭建起合适的测试和探测系统,进一步的为改善微电容超声波换能器阵阵列水下探测进行完善。
In this paper, aiming at the underwater application demand of micro-capacitor ultrasonic transducer, the underwater packaging method of array is analyzed and studied. By formulating a certain test scheme, a suitable test and detection system is set up to further improve the underwater detection of micro-capacitor ultrasonic transducer array.
