糊料在羊毛织物数码印花中的应用

随着数字经济时代的到来与喷墨技术不断革新,数码印花技术在我国高速发展。文章应用不同糊料对羊毛织物进行数码印花并进行效果探讨。根据前期预实验筛选出5种不同糊料,分别考察使用这5种糊料对羊毛织物进行预处理时的印制效果,主要通过表观得色量K/S值、渗透率以及花型轮廓光洁度等参数来进行表征。实验结果表明:海藻酸钠糊料综合表现性能最好,织物得色量高、渗透性能好、花纹轮廓清晰,不足之处为其脱糊率相对较低。RS-001糊料的脱糊性能较好,当对织物手感要求较高时,可选用该糊料对织物进行预处理。

Digital printing technology developed rapidly in our country with the coming of digital economy and innovation of inkjet technology.In this paper, the effect of different paste on digital printing of wool fabric was discussed.Five different pastes were selected according to the pre-experiment, and the printing effect was investigated when the wool fabric was pretreated with these five kinds of pastes.The color values K/S,permeability and pattern profile finish were obtained.The experimental results show that the comprehensive performance of sodium alginate paste is the best, the fabric has high chromaticity, good permeability, clear outline of pattern, and its detachability ratio is relatively low.RS-001 paste has better detachability performance.When requirement on the handle of the fabric is high, the paste can be used to pretreat the fabric.
