低品位磷钾矿浮选提高磷品位试验研究 被引量:2

Flotation Experiment on the Upgrade of Phosphorus from Low Grade Phosphate and Potash Feldspar Compound Ore

摘要 四川汉源低品位磷钾矿原矿中P_2O_5品位13.44%,K_2O品位7.12%,其中含磷矿物主要为胶磷矿,含钾矿物主要为钾长石。通过正-反浮选工艺可以获得产率43.42%,P_2O_5品位25.41%,回收率82.10%的磷精矿,同时,尾矿中K_2O品位达到10.57%,含磷矿物和含钾矿物分别富集在泡沫产品和槽内产品中,达到了资源综合利用的目的。 The low grade phosphate and potash feldspar compound ore with P2O5 grade of 13.44% and K2O grade of 7.12% was from Han yuan in Sichuan province. The phosphorus was mainly in the form of collophane and the kalium was mainly in the form of feldspar. The results of flotation experiment indicate that, an acceptable result can be getting with the use of direct indirect flotation flowsheet. The phosphate concentrate was obtained with productive rate 43.42%, P2O5 grade 25.41%, and recovery rate 82.10%. The potash feldspar was abundant in the tailings with K2O grade 10.57%. Collophane and potash feldspar abundant on concentrate and tailings respectively and the comprehensive utilization of low grade phosphate and potash feldspar compound ore has been achieved.
