以煤泥为原料的4A分子筛的水热合成 被引量:4

摘要 以黄陵煤泥为原料,利用水热法合成4A型分子筛。采用XRD、FT-IR和SEM对4A分子筛样品进行表征,并对样品进行性能测试,结果表明:样品4A分子筛的结晶度高,无其他晶体生成,骨架结构完整,颗粒大小均匀,粒径约为2μm。合成的4A分子筛产品钙离子交换量297.6g/mg,静态水吸附量21.5%,灼烧失量19.7%,p H值10,均达到洗涤剂用4A分子筛行业标准。 A 4A molecular sieve was synthesized by the hydrothermal method using coal slime as raw materials. The samples were characterized by the X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform-infrared spectroscopy, and scanning electron microscopy. Additionally, The performances of samples were also tested. The results showed that the 4A molecular sieves had high crystallinity with no impurity crystal formation, the skeleton structure was complete, and the particle size was about 2 μm. The Calcium ion exchange capacity was 297.6 g/mg. The r adsorption capacity of static wate was 21.5%, the burning loss was 19.7%, and the pH value was 10 . The synthesized 4A molecular sieve products all met the industry standard of 4A molecular sieve for detergent.
