摘要
目前气动弹射发射技术应用于各型空战武器的发射系统。对高压气动弹射系统过程进行分析,建立高压气动弹射系统的数学模型并进行仿真分析。通过仿真分析,得到气瓶参数(容积、压强)、气缸参数(直径、行程)、管路参数(直径)和电磁阀参数(通径和响应时间)对高压气动弹射速度影响的定性和定量分析,提出各元件参数在高压气动弹射发射技术设计时的设计原则,对高压气动弹射系统的设计和优化提供了参考。
At present, pneumatic ejection is gradually used in kinds of air combat weapon systems. A high press pneumatic ejection mathematical model was established, and the influence of component parameters on the pneumatic ejection performance was analyzed. The influence on high press pneumatic ejection velocity by component parameters, such as the cylinder volume, the gas pressure, the diameter and the distance of the gas actuation, the diameter of gas pipeline, the diameter and the response time of the solenoid valve, was obtained through simulation analysis. The design principles of component parameters in the high pressure pneumatic ejection were presented, which provided reference for the design and optimization of high pressure pneumatic ejection system.
