摘要
根据大型动龙门铣床的松刀机构特点,在分析其常见运行故障基础上,结合数控系统接口信号,设计了基于安全防护策略的拉刀杆动作控制逻辑,实现了机床安全松刀功能,提高了大型机床换刀过程的可靠性和稳定性。
According to the characteristics of the tool unclamping mechanism of the large-scale gantry milling machine, the ramper action control logic of the safety protection strategy is designed, based on the analysis of its common operational failures combined with the numerical control(NC) system interface signal, which realizes the safe loosening function of the machine tool. The reliability and stability of the process are improved.
