摘要
天津水泥工业设计研究院有限公司最新开发的N-U型选粉机采用了一种全新开发的选粉机动叶片,通过调整动叶片的角度可以调整不同粒度颗粒的选粉效率,有效控制成品粒度的分布。河北乾宝特种水泥公司生料辊磨改用N-U型选粉机后,磨机喂料量提升18.7%,生料粉磨系统电耗降低约5.0k Wh/t,投资回收期仅一年,改造效果显著。
Tianjin Cement Industry Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd. developed the N-U shape classifier which use the newest shape blade, it can control the particle size distribution of product by changing the blade angle and classifier efficiency. The classifier of raw mill in Hebei Qian Bao Special Cement Co., Ltd. is modificated to N-U shape classifier. It shows that feeder of VRM increase 18.7%,the system power consumption of raw mill decrease about 5.0 k Wh/t, the payback cycle is only one year. The remarkable effect of N-U shape classifier application made a foundation for raw mill modification in the future.
