摘要
回转窑上的大型铸件(如轮带、大齿圈)在制造过程中,通常采用超声波无损检测方法(UT)对铸件内部的质量进行检测。但UT检测合格的大型铸件在使用过程中仍有3%开裂失效。针对该问题,重新修订了质量控制方案,审核铸件造型工艺,从源头确保铸件的质量;改进UT检测方法,评估不超标缺陷,以避免检测质量合格的大型铸件小概率开裂事件的发生。
In the manufacturing process, large castings (such as belts and large ring gears) on the rotary kiln usually used Ultrasonic Non-destructive Testing (UT) to inspect the internal quality of the casting. However, large castings with acceptable UT inspection still have 3% cracking failure during running. In response to this problem, the quality control plan was revised, the casting modeling process was reviewed, the quality of the casting was ensured from the source, the UT detection method was improved, and the defects that did not exceed the standard were evaluated to avoid the occurrence of small probability cracking events of large castings with acceptable quality.
