摘要
水泥工厂余热电站设计阶段站用电率的计算值往往和实际值偏差较大,影响到项目立项阶段的经济评价及报价阶段方案的技术竞争力。在分析余热电站运行工况的基础上,详细划分电站负荷类型,优化站用电率计算方法。根据改进后的计算方法得到的站用电率与实际站用电率相比,误差约为3%。
The calculated value of power consumption rate often deviates greatly from the actual value in design stage of cement plant's WHR power station, that will affect the economic evaluation in the project initiation stage and the technical competitiveness in the project quotation stage. Based on the analysis of the WHR power station running conditions, the load types are divided in detail, and then the calculation method of power consumption rate is improved. Compared with the actual value, the er. ror of the improved calculation method is about 3%.
