摘要
近年来,国家对水泥企业脱硝减排的要求越来越严格,现有条件下的烟气脱硝治理迫在眉睫。结合水泥窑NOx的来源和现有水泥窑脱硝技术及其运行效果,介绍国内外水泥窑SCR脱硝工艺布置形式及其应用现状,展望未来水泥窑烟气脱硝技术的源头治理、过程控制和末端治理的三个发展方向与可作重点开发的几种新技术。
In recent years, the state has become more and more stringent requirements for denitrification and emission reduction in cement enterprises, and the existing conditions of exhuast gas denitrification treatment is imminent. Combined with the source of the NOx and the running effect of denitrification technology in existing cement kiln, the process layout and application status of SCR denitrification technology in cement kiln at home and abroad is introduced, and the three development directions(Source control, process control and terminal management)of cement kiln exhaust gas denitrification technology and several kinds of new technology as a key development are prospected.
