摘要
针对《中华人民共和国兽药典》2015年版二部中的清瘟败毒散和《兽药质量标准》2017年版中药卷中的清热解毒散、白头翁口服液三种成方剂中薄层鉴别黄连、盐酸小檗碱的方法中的展开剂,与同一药典中其他成方剂中相同薄层鉴别方法不一致的问题,对展开剂进行调整,在调整后的展开剂环己烷-乙酸乙酯-异丙醇-甲醇-水-三乙胺中的斑点清晰,可视性好,效果满意。该方法对兽药典检验方法的制修订具有参考价值。
The TLC developer identification method for coptis and berberine hydrochloride in three prescriptions (qingwen baidu powder in the second section of Chinese Veterinary Pharmacopoeia 2015 edition,Qingre Jiedu San and Baitouweng Koufuye in Quality Criteria of Veterinary Drugs 2017 Edition) is inconsistent with other identification methods in the same pharmacopoeia.To solve the problem,the developer was adjusted.The dots were clear in the improved hexahydrobenzene-ethyl acetate- isopropyl alcohol-methyl alcohol-water-triethylamine with good visibility and sound effects.The method is useful to revise the testing method of the veterinary pharmacopoeia.
