浅谈兽用抗菌药的科学慎用

Scientific and Prudent Use of Veterinary Antibacterial Drugs

本文分析了兽用抗菌药使用不当时,对畜禽肠道菌群、畜禽产品安全、生态环境安全3个方面的影响,阐述了兽用抗菌药不合理使用对公共卫生安全造成的危害。综合国内外抗菌药在生产质量管控、销售管理、使用监管及建立细菌耐药性监测系统方面的经验和做法,结合宁夏实际情况,提出科学慎用兽用抗菌药的4点建议,即大力推行兽用抗菌药减量行动,建立健康养殖模式保障动物福利,科学合理减量使用抗菌药和建立"畜禽产品质量安全倒逼"机制,以期通过实施兽用抗菌药减量行动,保障养殖业安全、畜禽产品质量安全、公共卫生安全和生态环境安全。

This paper analyzed the effects of veterinary antibacterials on the three aspects of livestock and poultry intestinal flora,livestock and poultry product safety and ecological environment safety,and expounds the harm caused by the unreasonable use of veterinary antibacterial drugs to public health and safety.Combining the experience and practices of domestic and international antibacterial drugs in production quality control,sales management,use supervision and establishment of bacterial resistance monitoring system,combined with the actual situation of Ningxia,four suggestions for scientific and cautious use of veterinary antibacterial drugs were put forward,including promoting the reduction of veterinary antibacterial drugs,establishing a healthy breeding model to ensure animal welfare,scientifically and rationally reducing the use of antibacterial drugs and establishing a mechanism for "quality and safety of livestock and poultry products".In order to ensure the safety of the aquaculture industry,the quality and safety of livestock and poultry products,public health safety and ecological environment safety through the implementation of veterinary antibacterial drug reduction actions.
