摘要
本文就果蔬类产品农药残留检测的前处理过程、定性分析、定量检测各个环节遇到的常见问题和关键控制点进行了阐述,对质检机构顺利开展植物源性农产品农残检测、获得可靠测定结果提供借鉴,具有现实参考意义。
In this paper,problems and key points during the process of pre-treatment,qualitative analysis and quantitative detection of pesticide residues in fruit and vegetable products were discussed.It is useful for quality testing authorities to carry out determination of plant products and obtain reliable results for references.
