摘要
目的研究近年来云南省男性生殖力的变化。方法使用计算机辅助精子分析(CASA)技术,按照WHO技术规范,对自2012至2016年到我生殖中心就诊的4479例不孕症夫妻男性患者的精液进行精液常规检测,并对其结果进行统计与分析。结果4479位男性患者的平均年龄为34岁;2012~2016年间我省男性精液常规中精液量、快速前向运动精子、前向运动精子及精子活动率4项参数变化不明显;精子密度及精子总数2项参数下降趋势明显。结论我省男性患者精液部分参数下降趋势明显。
Objective To study the changes of male fertility in Yunnan province in recent years.Methods Computer-assisted sperm analysis(CASA)technique was used to perform semen routine testing of semen of male patients from 4479 infertile couples who had been treated in our reproductive center from 2012 to 2016,according to WHO technical specifications.Results The average age of 4479 male patients was 34 years old.From 2012 to 2016,there were no significant changes in volume,rapid progressive motility,total progressive motility and motility.The sperm concentration and total sperm count per ejaculate showed a significant decline.Conclusion The semen parameters of male patients in our province show a declining trend.
