摘要
目的探讨如何应用浮动均值法对白细胞分类进行连续和实时的分析质量控制。方法在每日检测标本中抽取20例标本记录白细胞分类结果(去除异常值和极端值以减少纳入分析结果的变化),连续抽取20d结果计算每日均值(x)、标准差(s),采用2s引入系统误差来确定取值范围,在一个月的标本中每日选取前20例标本的白细胞分类结果,计算由20例样本组成的每个批次的平均值,连续抽取30d,以XB(浮动均值法)标准判断检测是否失控。结果每日白细胞分类五参数浮动稳定,所选取的质控范围在仪器自带XB质控图和手工计算质控图中均可满足实际工作需要。结论采用XB法对白细胞分类结果进行质量控制及检测中的实时监测不失是一种较好的选择。
Objective To investigate the way to use moving average method to carry on continuous and real-time analysis on the quality control of leukocyte classification.Methods We selected 20 samples from the daily sampling system to record the results of the leukocyte classification(removing outliers and extremes to reduce changes that were included in the results of the analysis).We extracted for 20 days,and continuously to calculate the daily mean,standard deviation,and SD,the used 2SD so that we could introduce system errors at the same time to determine the range of values.We then took the leukocyte classification results of the first 20 samples every day to calculate the average of each batch of 20 samples in one month′s sample.We extracted for 30 days continuously and evaluated whether the test was out of control by XB method.Results The daily leukocyte classification of five parameters fluctuated stably.The selected range of quality control in XB quality control chart and manual calculation quality control chart could be used in practice.Conclusion Our results showed that it is a good choice to use XB quality control method for quality control and real-time monitoring of leukocyte classification results.
