基于大数据统计分析确定煤层瓦斯抽采合理负压 被引量:1

摘要 针对有瓦斯抽采历史矿井如何调整抽采负压的问题,采用大数据分析方法对此进行了研究。总结了我国瓦斯抽采现状及存在的问题,研究了负压对煤层瓦斯抽采效果的影响机理,分析了矿井瓦斯抽采历史统计数据,发现负压为影响钻孔瓦斯抽采效果的主要因素,直接影响着瓦斯抽采量和抽采浓度。研究表明,钻孔瓦斯抽采纯量、抽采浓度与抽采负压呈现明显的二次函数关系,并通过极值法确定最佳抽采负压为30.78~34.50 kPa,据此调节后矿井瓦斯抽采效果良好、稳定。 In view of the problem of how to adjust the negative pressure of gas extraction in historical mines,the big data analysis method was used to study it.In this paper,the present situation and existing problems of gas extraction in China were summarized,and the mechanism of negative pressure affecting the effect of gas extraction in coal seam was studied,the historical statistical data of gas extraction in coal mine were also analysed,it was found that, negative pressure is the main factor affecting the effect of gas extraction in boreholes,and directly affects the gas extraction volume and concentration.The results showed that,there is a quadratic function relationship between the purity and concentration of borehole gas extraction and the negative pressure of gas extraction.The optimum negative pressure of gas extraction is determined to be30.78~34.50 kPa by extremum method.The effect of gas extraction is good and stable after adjustment.
