摘要
为了对巷道围岩松动圈进行测试,采用PHD-2型多功能超声波无损检测分析仪,分析了巷道围岩稳定性分类标准以及测试原理。根据现场实际情况,对松动圈测试测点进行了布置,然后对1105回风巷距工作面前方50,65,80,95,110 m处煤壁波速进行了研究,研究得出:煤壁帮松动圈大小基本为1.7~4.0 m;测试位置距离工作面位置越近,煤壁帮松动的范围也越大;煤柱帮松动圈总体相对较大,多数围岩松动圈大小在4 m以上。
In order to test the surrounding rock loose circle of the roadway,this paper uses the PHD-2 multi-functional ultrasonic non- destructive testing analyzer to analyze the classification criteria and test principle of the surrounding rock stability of the roadway.According to the actual situation on the spot,the test points of loosening circle are arranged,and then the wave velocity of coal wall at 50,65,80,95 and110 m away from the working face of1105 return airway is studied,the results show that the size of loosening circle of coal wall is basically1.7~4.0 m,the closer the test position is to the working face,the wider the loosening range of coal wall,the overall loosening circle of coal pillar wall is relatively large and more,the size of loosening zone of several surrounding rocks is more than4 m.
