摘要
目的:分析本科男护生的职业认同感水平及影响因素,为探寻提高男护生职业认同感的方法提供依据。方法:随机抽取386名安徽省某高校男护生为研究对象,运用一般资料调查表和职业认同量表-B进行问卷调查。结果:男护生职业认同感总均分为(31.97±6.49)分;多元逐步回归分析显示高年级、参加专业辅修、申请大创项目3个因素可以增强职业认同感(F=23.583,P=0.002)。结论:男性护生职业认同感处于中等水平,护理教育者和医院管理者应设置辅修专业,完善课程设置,协助男性护生职业规划,提高男护生的职业认同感。
Objective:To make an analysis on the professional identity and influencing factors of undergraduate male nursing students so as to provide the basis for exploring the method to improve the professional identity of male nursing students. Methods: By adopting the cross-sectional?study method, this research selected 386 male nursing students from a university in Anhui Province at random as subjects of study. By using a general survey and professional identity scale-B, a questionnaire was carried out. Results: The total average score of professional identity of male nursing students was (31.97±6.49);The multiple stepwise regression analysis indicated that there are three factors which can increase professional identity, including senior grade, participation of major and minor subject, application for entrepreneurship projects (F=23.583, P=0.002). Conclusion: The professional identity of male nursing students is at the middle level. Nursing educators and hospital managers should set up some minor subjects, perfect curriculum, help male nursing students to conduct career planning, as well as improve the professional identity of male nursing students.
