摘要
恶劣天气运行,一直都是航空安全关注的焦点。我国北方地区冬季低温寒冷,气压式高度表极易出现低温误差。通过分析气压高度表的气温误差,考虑各航段的最小超障余度,提出了进近阶段低温修正的必要性。鉴于不同机构提供低温修正算法存在差异,以哈尔滨盲降程序为例,对各类算法进行验算,并将修正结果对比分析。研究表明,各类低温修正算法在核心算法上保持一致,并提出了低温修正在实际应用中的安全隐患,为低温运行提供了参考。
Severe weather operation has always been the focus of aviation safety concerns.In many areas of North China where the winter is extremely cold,it is very easy for barometric altimeter to have low-temperature error.By analyzing the over read phenomenon caused by the low-temperature error,and considering the minimum obstacle clearance of each section,the necessity of low-temperature correction in the approach is put forward.In view of the difference of low-temperature correction algorithms provided by different agencies,the Harbin ILS procedure is taken as an example to check the calculation of various algorithms,and the correction results are compared and analyzed.The research shows that all kinds of low-temperature correction algorithms are consistent in the core,and at the same time puts forward the safety hidden danger in the practical application of low-temperature correction,which provides a reference for airlines to operate at low-temperature.
