摘要
为降低民用飞机运行风险,提高航空公司的运营安全水平,通过分析民航运营中的飞行安全,从人、机、环、管的角度筛选风险因素,建立面向民航运营的飞行安全评估指标体系;针对民航运营过程中对数据的收集与处理存在缺失等局限,提出了基于熵值修正序关系的组合安全评估方法;以某航空公司的飞行安全评估为例,验证了方法的合理性。使用方法,可以结合专家对指标的权重进行综合描述,且能避免传统方法对于样本数量需求大的缺陷。
In order to reduce the operation risk of aircraft and improve the operation safety level of airlines,the risk factors are screened from the perspectives of human,aircraft,environment and management through the analysis of flight safety system,and the flight safety assessment index system for airlines operation is established.In view of the problems in data collection and processing in airlines operation,such as the mixture of subjective and objective data and the imperfection and deformation of objective data,a combined safety assessment method based on the entropy value correction sequence relation is proposed.Taking the safety assessment of the flight system of an airline as an example,a combined safety assessment model is constructed and relevant data are analyzed to show the rationality of the method.By using this method,expert experience and objective data can be combined to comprehensively describe the weight of indicators,and the defect of the traditional method with large demand for the number of samples can be avoided.
