摘要
针对航空发动机振动信号分析中频域分析方法信号处理过程繁琐、运算复杂、处理器资源需求大等问题,实现了一种基于互相关测量振动信号幅值和相位的方法,并通过系统软硬件设计,在实际应用中验证了方法的稳定性和高效性,可广泛用于航空发动机风扇转子动平衡领域。
Aim at the complicated process,complex computation and big demand for CPU resources when analyzing vibration signal for aero-engine in frequency domain,realize a method to measure the amplitude and phase for vibration signal based on cross-correlation.By designing the software and hardware for the system,the stability and high efficiency of this method is verified in practical applications.And this method can be widely used in aero-engine fan rotor dynamic balancing field.
