摘要 采用直接织造和压扁还原织造两种方法分别设计织造了工字形三维机织物,对比分析了这两种织造方法及其产品。结果表明,采用压扁还原的织造方法简单且有效,这种工字形三维机织物的梁高可以根据织造A2区的长度确定;在织机可织造幅宽范围内,宽度可以根据总经根数调节。此方法在一定程度上解决了普通工字形三维机织物在织造过程中梁高受到综框数限制的问题。 I-shaped three-dimensional woven fabrics were designed and weaved by direct weaving and flattening reduction weaving.The two weaving methods and their products were compared and discussed.The result showed that the method of flattening reduction is simple and effective.The beam height of this I-shaped three-dimensional woven fabric can be determined according to the length of weaving zone A 2.In the range of weavable width,the width can be adjusted according to the total warp number.This method could solve the problem that the beam height of ordinary I-shaped three-dimensional woven fabrics is limited by the number of heald frames in the weaving process.
