摘要
以四羧基苯基卟啉(TCPP)一步法合成钴卟啉基金属有机配位聚合物(Co-CoTCPP-MOPs),并将其负载在活性炭上,在氮气气氛下高温热解制备了钴基氮掺杂碳材料(CoOx-N/C)。利用FT-IR、TG-DSC、XRD、SEM、TEM、XRF和ICP等对催化剂进行表征。结果表明,以Co-CoTCPP-MOPs作为热解前驱体,能够有效阻止热解过程中钴物种的聚集。以苯甲醇氧化酯化反应对催化剂CoOx-N/C的催化氧化性能进行研究,结果显示,在750℃条件下,热解得到的催化剂具有最优异的催化性能,苯甲醇的转化率为98.4%,苯甲酸甲酯的收率达到最高,为94.8%。
Cobalt porphyrin polymers(Co-CoTCPP-MOPs)were synthesized by one-step method using meso-tetra(4-carboxyphenyl)porphine(TCPP).The as-prepared precursor was loaded on the activated carbon and then the nitrogen-doped carbon material was obtained by pyrolysis at high temperature under nitrogen atmosphere.The catalysts were characterized by FT-IR,TG-DSC,XRD,SEM,TEM,XRF and ICP.The results showed that using Co-CoTCPP-MOPs as pyrolysis precursors could effectively prevent the aggregation of cobalt species during pyrolysis.The effect of heat-treatment on CoOx-N/C catalysts has been investigated by oxidation esterification of benzyl alcohol.The CoOx-N/C catalyst heat-treated at 750℃exhibits better activity.The conversion of benzyl alcohol and yield of methyl benzoate achieved 98.4%and 94.8%,respectively.
