摘要 为满足中国消费者对中控屏幕尺寸的需求,该文结合某车型仪表板中控面板开发实例,描述了汽车中控面板在设计时的尺寸位置设定、材料选择、结构模流分析等开发过程,涉及人机交互、材料分析、模具研讨等方面的知识,总结出完整的开发流程,为同类型项目提供了参照范本,从而达到缩短开发周期、降低开发成本的目的。 In order to meet the demand of Chinese consumers for the size of the central control screen, this paper describes the development process of the central control panel in the design, including size and position setting, material selection, structural mold flow analysis, etc., combining with the development example of the central control panel of a certain vehicle model, involving knowledge of man -machine interaction, material analysis, mold discussion, etc., summarizes the complete development process, and provides a reference model for the same type of projects, so as to shorten the development cycle and reduce the development cost.
