线膨胀在汽车内饰设计中的影响和注意点

The Influence and Attention Points of Linear Expansion in Automotive Interior Trim Design

当今汽车内饰使用的材料和工艺多种多样,多种材质之间线膨胀的差别也给内饰工程师带来了一定程度的不便。文章结合具体实例,分析了在内饰设计中出现的2种线膨胀问题,通过分析问题机理并从公差累积和线膨胀时的尺寸计算入手,讨论其影响因素,得出了为减少内饰设计中线膨胀的不良影响,可从材料选择、约束方式和尺寸匹配三方面进行考虑的处理思路。为汽车内饰产品设计提供了更多思路和参考。

There are many kinds of materials and technologies used in today's automotive interior trim, and the difference of linear expansion among various materials also brings some inconvenience to interior trim engineers. Based on specific examples, this paper analyzes two kinds of linear expansion problems in interior trim design. Through analyzing the mechanism of the problems and starting from tolerance accumulation and dimensional calculation during linear expansion, the influencing factors are discussed, and the processing ideas that can be considered from three aspects of material selection, constraint mode and dimensional matching in order to reduce the adverse effects of linear expansion in interior trim design are obtained. It provides more ideas and references for the design of automotive interior trim.
