摘要
测试了SS、SMS、SMMS复合型非织造布材料的性能和特点,分析比较了不同克重试样的断裂强力、断裂伸长率、透气量、透湿量、柔软度、渗水性等,实验发现SS、SMS、SMMS复合型非织造布材料的断裂强力、断裂伸长率,透气量、透湿量、柔软度、渗水性等均与克重和厚度有一定关系,得出SS、SMS、SMMS复合型非织造布具有独特的性能,适合开发各类功能性产品,在纺织工业上有广泛的应用,实验结果为进一步开发产品提供一定的参考依据。
This paper tests the SS and SMS composite nonwovens,SMMS material performance and characteristics of the analysis and comparison for different gram sample amount of breaking strength,elongation at break,air permeability and moisture transmission, flexibility ,water permeability and so on,it was found that SS and SMS composite nonwovens,SMMS material breaking strength,elongation at break,air permeability,moisture transmission, flexibility ,water permeability and so on all has certain relations with gram weight and thickness,It is concluded that SS,SMS,SMMS composite nonwovens have unique properties and are suitable for developing various functional products,widely used in textile industry.The experimental results provide some reference for further developing the product.
