天津PTA装置氧化尾气处理技术探讨

摘要 对天津PTA装置现有氧化尾气处理设施存在的问题进行分析探讨,提出了2种工艺技术处理方案,采用气液分离器及活性碳吸附技术或采用冷凝液化分离系统技术,并对2种技术方案进行对比。保证尾气处理设施稳定运行、达标排放。 The problems existing in the existing oxidation tail gas treatment facilities of PTA plant in Tianjin were analyzed and discussed.Two technological treatment schemes were proposed,including gas-liquid separator and activated carbon adsorption technology or condensing and liquefaction separation system technology.The two technical schemes were compared.Ensure stable operation of exhaust gas treatment facilities and standard discharge.
