我国体育场馆研究概述及发展趋势

体育场馆是体育竞赛、体育教学和体育锻炼的物质载体,是体育产业的重要组成部分。对我国体育场馆研究涉及的三大主题进行总结性回顾,总结现有研究不足并提出未来发展趋势。体育场馆建设研究集中于对建设逻辑的宏观把控和建设融资模式的探讨;体育场馆运营与管理研究集中于民营化改革和场馆的具体运营管理方式;学校体育场馆社会开放的成本补偿问题逐渐受到关注,随着学校体育场馆的性质明确,寻求多元化补偿机制成为一种趋势。此外,通过完善的保险制度转移开放过程中面临的风险因素可能成为未来研究的热点话题。未来研究应加强体育场馆与地区经济发展关系研究,整体规划体育场馆建设;立足公益性原则,加强体育场馆经营模式创新研究;加强高校体育场馆社会开放风险管理研究,构建保险体系。

Sport stadium is material carriers for sports competitions, physical education and physical exercise, and it also plays an important role in sport industry.This paper made a systematic review of the research on sport stadium.Research on stadium construction focuses on the macro-control of construction logic and the discussion on the construction financing model;the research on the operation and management of stadiums focuses on the privatization reform and the specific operation and management methods of stadium;the issue of cost compensation for social opening of school sports stadium is gradually concerned by researchers.With the clear nature of the school stadiums, seeking a diversity compensation mechanism has become a trend.In addition, shifting the risk factors faced in the opening process through insurance system may become a hot topic.Future research should strengthen the research on the relationship between stadiums and regional economic development, plan the overall construction of stadiums and gymnasiums, strengthen the research on the innovation of sports stadium business model based on the principle of public welfare, strengthen the study on the risk management of school stadium social opening, and build insurance system.
