健康评估是指有计划地收集评估对象的健康资料,并对资料的价值进行判断的过程,是健康管理中一个重要的部分。随着社会和经济的发展,人们越来越认识到健康的重要性。因此,人们对方便检测自身状况的健康评估平台具有迫切需求。本文设计并实现了一个在线健康评估与预警平台,具有数据库安全完整和界面简洁操作简单的特点,可应用于亚健康和慢病的评估及预警。

Health assessment refers to the process of systematically collecting the health information of the assessment target and judging the value of the data, which is an important part of health management. With the development of society and economy, people are increasingly aware of the importance of health. Therefore, there is an urgent need for a health assessment platform that facilitates the detection of their own conditions. This paper designs and implements an online health assessment and early warning platform, which has the characteristics of database integrity and security, simple interface and convenient operation. It can be applied to the assessment and early warning of sub-health and chronic diseases.
