NEON-1040智能相机的轴承尺寸检测系统

摘要 轴承零件尺寸精度对保证轴承性能至关重要。针对目前市场缺乏高效、无损轴承零件流水线检测设备的现状,本文提出了一种基于机器视觉技术的轴承零件尺寸在线检测系统。文章首先从智能相机和照明光源入手,详细介绍了系统硬件设计;再从检测算法入手,介绍了系统软件设计;最后使用608轴承零件测试了系统性能。测试结果表明,检测系统的准确性和精度符合工业应用的要求。 Dimensional accuracy of bearing parts is very important to ensure bearing performance. Efficient and non-destructive pipeline testing instruments for bearing parts are relatively scarce, so this paper presents an on-line measuring system for bearing size based on machine vision technology. The hardware design of the system is described particularly, starting from smart camera and lighting source. And the software design of the system also is described particularly, starting from detection algorithm. Finally, 608 bearings are used to test system performance. The result shows that the accuracy and precision of the system meet the requirements of industrial application.
