Analysis of the Evolution and Inherent Mechanism of the Urban Settlements in Huai’an

以淮安城市住区为研究对象,对淮安城市住区规划和建设的过程进行总结和概括,分析了不同时期淮安城市住区变迁的总体特征、动力因素及各影响因素之间的相互联系与作用,探析了其内在机理,用以点带面的方式为我国三四线城市住区的未来规划建设提供了新的思路。

This paper takes Huai'an urban settlements as the research object, summarizing the process of its urban residential planning and construction, studies the general characteristics, dynamic factors and the interaction among the various influencing factors of the urban residential evolution in different periods, reveals the inherent mechanism and provides new ideas for the future planning and construction of the third and fourth tier cities in China in a point-to-area manner.
