摘要
土工膜与刚性部位连接处易被破坏而发生渗漏。本文以莱芜市沟里水库库底防渗治理施工为例,在传统施工方法的基础上,通过试验对土工膜刚性连接施工工艺进行研究和试验,制定了"接触面增设齿槽、自配专用胶、调整钢板压条紧固"等一套切实可行的施工技术和方法,并验证了该工艺的实际防渗效果,总结和规范了工艺流程,以期为同类工程施工提供经验和参考依据。
The connection between geomembrane and rigid parts is prone to damage and leakage. Gouli Reservoir bottom anti-seepage treatment construction in Laiwu is adopted as an example in the paper. A set of practical and feasible construction techniques and methods are formulated such as ‘increasing cogging in the contact surface, self-preparing special glue, adjusting steel plate and fastening strip’, etc. on the basis of traditional construction method through the experimental study and test of geomembrane rigid connection construction process. Actual seepage control effect of the process is verified. The technological process is summarized and standardized, thereby providing experience and reference for similar engineering construction.
