摘要
为进一步深化水利工程建设管理体制改革,强化对中小型水利工程监理工作的管理,江苏淮安在集中监理制方面进行了积极探索。本文分析了近年来水利工程建设监理面临的新特点,介绍了淮安在试行集中监理制方面的主要做法与成效,并提出了进一步推进的建议和措施。
Jiangsu Huai’an has carried on active exploration in the centralized supervision system in order to further deepen the reform of water conservancy project construction management system and strengthen the management of small and medium-sized water conservancy project supervision. New characteristics of water conservancy project construction supervision in recent years are analyzed in the paper, main practice and effect of Huai ’an centralized supervision system are introduced, suggestions and measures for further promotion are proposed.
