摘要
基于新疆某风电场出力实证数据,对比分析单台风机与整个风电场输出功率特性,论证风电功率间歇性和随机波动性大,但整个风电场输出功率具有自平滑特性,从不同时间尺度进行风电场波动特性量化分析。在DDRTS软件中构建区域电网模型,基于频率和电压稳定约束,仿真分析风电出力波动对电网电压、频率等造成的影响,研究区域电网容忍风电功率多尺度波动极限值的计算方法及规律特征。在不同时间尺度、不同极限风功率波动量情况下,进行电网的电能质量仿真分析。结果表明,构建风储联合并网系统,能有效平抑风电出力波动,降低风电并网对电网电压和频率的影响。
Based on the actual data of a wind farm output in Xinjiang, The output power characteristics of a single wind turbine and the whole wind farm are comparatively analyzed. It is demonstrated that wind power is intermittent and has large random fluctuations. However, the output power of the whole wind farm has self-smoothing characteristics, and the fluctuation characteristics of the wind farm power output in multiple time scales are analyzed. A regional power grid model is constructed in DDRTS software. Based on the frequency and voltage stability constraints, the influence of wind power output fluctuation on the grid voltage and frequency is simulated. The calculation method and regularity of multi-scale fluctuation limit of wind power are studied. Under different time scales and different limit wind power fluctuation, the power quality is simulated and analyzed. The results show that the connection of wind power and energy storage to the power grid can effectively smooth the fluctuation of wind power output and reduce the impact on the voltage and frequency of the wind power integration.
