Test and Analysis of Energy Consumption for Deep Peak Regulation of Coal-fired Power Generating Units in Zhejiang Province

摘要 新能源和特高压输电的发展使得燃煤机组深度调峰迫在眉睫。通过对浙江省58台300 MW及以上容量燃煤机组深度调峰的能耗测试与计算,得出各类机组负荷率由50%降至40%时的各项能耗指标变化量和燃料成本增加量,同时分析得出低参数、低容量机组能耗增量大于高参数、高容量机组的结论。另外,还对深度调峰电价补偿方法进行了探讨。 With the development of new energy and UHV power transmission, deep peak regulation of coal-fired power generating units are imminent. Based on the energy consumption test and calculation of fifty eight 300 MW-and-above coal-fired power generating units in Zhejiang province during deep peak regulation, the changes in energy consumption and fuel cost increment of various units when load rate was reduced from 50% to 40% were obtained, while the conclusion was drawn that the increment of energy consumption of low-parameter and capacity units was greater than that of high-parameter and capacity units. This paper also discusses the methods of tariff compensation for deep peak regulation.
