股骨近端抗旋髓内钉内固定术对股骨转子下骨折的治疗作用探讨

目的:探讨股骨近端抗旋髓内钉内固定术对股骨转子下骨折的治疗作用.方法:将2017年4月-2018年3月股骨转子下骨折患者90例数字表法分组为对照组47例和观察组43例.对照组进行常规术式,观察组进行股骨近端抗旋髓内钉内固定术.比较2组疗效;关节功能改善时间、股骨转子下骨折愈合时间;手术前后患者髋关节功能相关评分、肢体活动功能评分、肢体疼痛情况评分、生活能力评分情况;手术并发症率.结果:观察组疗效高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组关节功能改善时间、股骨转子下骨折愈合时间优于对照组,P<0.05;手术前2组髋关节功能相关评分、肢体活动功能评分、肢体疼痛情况评分、生活能力评分情况无明显差异,P>0.05;手术后观察组髋关节功能相关评分、肢体活动功能评分、肢体疼痛情况评分、生活能力评分情况优于对照组,P<0.05.观察组手术并发症率低于对照组,P<0.05.结论:股骨转子下骨折患者行股骨近端抗旋髓内钉内固定术疗效明显,可更好改善髋关节功能相关评分、肢体活动功能评分、肢体疼痛情况评分、生活能力评分情况,加速康复.

Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of intramedullary nail fixation on subtrochanteric fracture of femur. Methods丗 From April 2017 to March 2018, 90 patients with subtrochanteric fracture of the femur were grouped into 47 control groups and 43 observation groups. The control group performed routine operation, and the observation group performed intramedullary fixation of the proximal femur. Compare the two groups of curative effect;Improvement time of joint function and healing time of subtrochanteric fracture of femur;Hip function related score, limb activity function score, limb pain score, and living ability score of patients before and after surgery;Surgical complication rate. Results: The curative effect was higher than that of control group, P 0. 05. The improvement time of joint function and healing time of subtrochanteric fracture of femur were better than those of control group, P 0. 05. There were no significant differences in hip function related score, limb activity score, limb pain score, and living ability score between the two groups before surgery, P > 0. 05;Postoperative observation group hip joint function related score, limb movement function score, limb pain score, living ability score was better than control group, P 0. 05. The rate of surgical complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, P 0. 05. Conclusion: the patients with subtrochanteric fracture of the femur underwent intramedullary intramedullary fixation and the results were obvious, which could improve the related score of hip joint function, limb activity function, limb pain, life ability, and speed up recovery.
