运动想象疗法对脑梗死患者上肢运动功能及表面肌电影响的研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:观察运动想象疗法对脑梗死患者上肢功能及表面肌电信号特征的影响.方法:40例脑梗死患者随机分为运动想象观察组(20例)和对照组(20例).对照组给予常规康复治疗,运动想象治疗组在常规康复治疗的基础上加用运动想象疗法.治疗前、治疗4周后分别评定2组患者的STEF、FMA上肢评分、MBI以及患侧肱二头肌、肱三头肌、桡侧腕伸肌、桡侧腕屈肌的表面肌电信号.结果:治疗前,2组患者STEF、FMA上肢评分 、MBI以及患侧肱二头肌、肱三头肌、桡侧腕伸肌、桡侧腕屈肌的表面肌电信号比较,差异无明显统计学意义(P>0.05).治疗4周后,2组患者的各项指标较治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者的STEF、MBI以及患侧肱二头肌、肱三头肌、桡侧腕伸肌、桡侧腕屈肌的表面肌电信号组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者FMA上肢评分组间比较,差异无明显统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:运动想象疗法可以促进脑梗死患者上肢运动功能的恢复,改善患者上肢的表面肌电信号. Objective: To observe the effect of motor imagery therapy on upper limb function and surface electromyography activity in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods: Thirty patients with cerebra infarction were divided randomly into two groups: a motor imagery therapy group and a control group. Both groups were given routine rehabilition, but the motor imagery therapy group also recived motor imagery therapy. STEF, FMA upper limb score, MBI, and surface electromyography signals of bilateral biceps brachii, triceps brachii, extensor radialis brachii and flexor radialis brachii in the two groups were evaluated before treatment and four weeks after treatment. Results: Before treatment, there were no significant difference between the two groups in any of the assessments. After four weeks treatment, The indexes of patients in the two groups were statistically significant compared with those before treatment. After four weeks treatment, STEF, MBI, and surface electromyography signals of bilateral biceps brachii, triceps brachii, extensor radialis brachii and flexor radialis brachii were significantly changed. But, there was no significant difference FMA upper limb scores between the two groups. Conclusion: Motor imagery therapy could promote the recovery of motor function of upper limbs in patients with cerebral infarction and improve the surface electromyography activity of patients.
