摘要
汽轮机系统漏汽损失是影响汽轮机效率的主要因素,选择合适的汽轮机汽封形式对提高机组的整体经济性具有重要的意义。介绍了梳齿汽封及新型的侧齿汽封、刷式汽封及蜂窝汽封的工作原理及应用实例,通过热力试验对改造后的600MW机组汽轮机应用蜂窝汽封的效果进行节能效果评价。试验结果表明,梳齿汽封更改为蜂窝汽封后,机组热耗率较改造前降低298.04kJ/kWh。
Leakage loss is the main factor affecting the effi-ciency of steam turbines. It is of great significance to select a suitable type of steam seal for improving the overall economy of steam turbines. This paper introduces the working principle of comb seal and new type of seal such as side tooth seal, brush seal and honeycomb seal, and the effect of application example modification. The energy-saving effect of honeycomb seal used in 600 MW unit is evaluated through thermal test. The test results show that the heat consumption of the unit decreases by 298.04 kJ/(kW h) after the comb seal is changed to honeycomb seal.
