摘要
电控汽油发动机动力不足、踩油门提速难、加速无力等故障现象;以大众EA888发动机为例,探索汽油发动机动力不足故障维修思路,分析了汽车发动机积碳、燃油供给系统、点火系统、进排气系统、发动机机械部分及底盘部分等引起发动机动力不足的原因,结合故障案例对故障原因逐一排查,对有效解决发动机故障问题,延长汽车使用寿命,具有积极意义。
Aiming at the faults of electronic controlled gasoline engine,such as insufficient power,difficulty in accelerating by stepping on accelerator,and weak acceleration,etc,taking Volkswagen EA888 engine as an example,this paper explores the idea of maintenance for power shortage of electronic controlled gasoline engine.The causes of engine power shortage caused by carbon deposition,fuel supply system,ignition system,intake and exhaust system,engine mechanical part and chassis part are analyzed.Combining with the fault cases,it is of positive significance to investigate the causes of the fault one by one,which can effectively solve the problem of engine failure and prolong the service life of automobiles.
