随着中国人力资源成本日益提高和机器人技术的不断成熟,工业机器人的应用场景越来越广泛。特别是在汽车零部件生产行业中,机器人代替人工,提高生产效率、提升产品质量和降低人工劳动强度的作用尤为突出。基于安川MA2010焊接机器人和福尼斯TPS 4000 CMT型焊接电源设计了一种双机器人焊接工作站,实现了卡车废气处理罐中不锈钢薄板壳体的自动化焊接。详细介绍了焊接系统组成、双工位变位机、机器人安装、焊接电源和工作站控制系统等分系统的设计。该工作站可以实现每日24小时连续作业。
With the increasing cost of human resources in China and the continuous maturity of robotics,the application scenarios of industrial robots are becoming more and more extensive.Especially in the auto parts manufacturing industry,the role of robots in replacing labor,improving production efficiency,improving product quality and reducing labor intensity is particularly prominent.Based on the Yaskawa MA2010 welding robot and the Funis TPS 4000 CMT welding power supply,a dual-robot welding workstation was designed to realize the automatic welding of the stainless steel thin plate shell in the SCR tank.The design of the sub-systems such as welding system composition,dual-station positioner,robot installation,welding power supply and workstation control system is introduced in detail.The workstation can operate continuously for 24 hours a day.
