Annexin A7在高癌家系鼻咽癌人群中的表达水平

The expression of Annexin A7 in familial nasopharyngeal carcinoma

目的检测膜联蛋白A7(Annexin A7)在高癌家系鼻咽癌组织中的表达情况,以期探讨高癌家系鼻咽癌患者与Annexin A7之间的关系。方法采集门诊患者鼻咽组织标本(高癌家系鼻咽癌组织标本、散发性鼻咽癌组织标本及鼻咽黏膜慢性炎症患者组织标本各15例),应用RT-PCR及Western blot检测Annexin A7在各组标本的mRNA及蛋白质水平的表达情况。结果在高癌家系鼻咽癌患者、散发性鼻咽癌患者及鼻咽黏膜慢性炎症患者鼻咽组织中,Annexin A7 mRNA的相对表达量依次为0.828±0.046、0.459±0.048、0.312±0.072,各组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在高癌家系鼻咽癌患者、散发性鼻咽癌患者及鼻咽黏膜慢性炎症患者鼻咽组织中,Annexin A7蛋白相对表达量依次为0.867±0.068、0.624±0.065、0.392±0.087,各组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Annexin A7蛋白在鼻咽癌组织中的表达与TNM分期及淋巴结转移有关,与患者的年龄﹑性别无关。结论 Annexin A7在高癌家系鼻咽癌患者鼻咽组织中表达明显上调。Annexin A7的表达和肿瘤的分期和淋巴结转移有关。

Objective To investigate the expressions of the Annexin A7 in familial nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC), and the significance of Annexin A7 in familial NPC. Methods The clinical and pathological data of 15 familial NPC, 15 sporadic NPC and 15 chronic inflammation of nasopharyngeal mucosa cases were collected. RT-PCR and Western blot were applied to assess the expressions of Annexin A7 on the mRNA level and the protein level. Results The relative expressions of Annexin A7 mRNA in familial NPC, sporadic NPC and chronic inflammation patients were 0.828±0.046, 0.459±0.048 and 0.312±0.072, respectively, with significant difference among the 3 groups(P<0.05). The relative expressions of Annexin A7 in familial NPC, sporadic NPC and chronic inflammation patients were 0.867±0.068, 0.624±0.065 and 0.392±0.087, respectively, with significant difference among the 3 groups(P<0.05). The expression of Annexin A7 in NPC was correlated with tumor stage and lymph node metastasis. Conclusions The expression of Annexin A7 is up-regulated in familial NPC and correlated with tumor stage and lymph node metastasis.
