摘要
以某研究院开发生产的有机炷类复合材料为脱硝剂,采用干法高效选择性非催化还原脱硝(DSNCR)技术处理铝用炭素熾烧炉烟气中NOx。在3 x28罐罐式熾烧炉进行工业试验,重点研究了脱硝剂用量对熾烧炉烟气NOx、烟尘排放浓度和烟气阻力损失的形响。结果表明:DSNCR技术脱硝效率达到89. 4%,实现铝用炭素锻烧炉烟气NOx达到超低排放,同时不增加烟气烟尘和烟气系统阻力,适用于铝用炭素熾烧炉烟气NOx处理。
NOx gas in aluminium carbon calciners can be removed by using organic hydrocarbon composite developed by an institute as denitrifying agent together with Dry Selective Non - Catalytic Reduction ( DSNCR) technology. Industrial tests of this technology have been carried out in 3 x 28 cans cal ciners ,which mainly studied the effects of the denitrifying agent dosage on NOx, dust emission concentration and resistance loss of gases in calciners. The result shows that the removal rate of NOx reached 89. 4%, which achieved ultra - low emissions of NOx in carbon calcinationindustry;meanwhile, it did not increase any extra gases or dusts, or increase the resistance of gas system. Therefore, this technology is suitable for NOx treatment on carbon calcina tion of aluminum industrial.
