摘要
汽车工业发展带来轮胎生产的大幅提升和废旧轮胎回收管理问题的日益突显。本文阐述目前我国废轮胎的资源环境问题,包括橡胶资源的供需矛盾以及废轮胎的"黑色污染"和处置不当带来的环境风险,分析比较目前废轮胎回收利用的几种方式,指出热裂解技术是目前废轮胎高值化以及完全资源化利用的处理手段,具有较高的经济价值和环保价值。
With the development of automobile industry, tire production has been greatly improved and the management of waste tires has become increasingly prominent. This paper expounds the current problems of resources and environment about scrap tires in China, including the contradiction between supply and demand of rubber resources, the "black pollution" of scrap tires and the environmental risks caused by improper disposal, and analyzes and compares several ways of recycling and utilization of scrap tires at present, and points out that pyrolysis technology is the treatment method of high value and full resource utilization of waste tires at present which has high economic value and environmental protection value.
