黑龙江省深入融入"一带一路"倡议,对于黑龙江的建设具有特别重要的意义,它是为了促进黑龙江省发展、配合"一带一路"政策而提出的。近年来黑龙江省各市区在推行深入融入"一带一路"经贸合作建设中都取得了一定程度的成就。但与此同时也存在一些问题,如基础设施建设不完善、产业发展落后、物流体系不够健全等。为了解决这些问题,进一步推动深入融入"一带一路"倡议的发展,黑龙江省应加快完善基础设施建设,培养新型产业,加强区位互通互联优势,健全商贸物流体系,构建和谐友好的文化交流环境,发挥黑龙江省口岸作用。

An in-depth integration into the Belt and Road initiative has a special significance for the construction of Heilongjiang province. It is put forward to promote the development of the province and to cooperate with the Belt and Road policy. In recent years, Heilongjiang's urban areas have made some achievements in promoting the integration of the Belt and Road economic and trade cooperation. But at the same time, there are also some problems, such as imperfect infrastructure construction, backward industrial development, imperfect logistics system and so on. In order to solve these problems and further promote the development of the the Belt and Road initiative, Heilongjiang should speed up the improvement of infrastructure construction, cultivate new industries, strengthen the advantages of location interconnection, improve the business logistics system, build a harmonious and friendly cultural exchange environment, and play the role of Heilongjiang as a foreign trade port.
