兵团农业全要素生产率与金融发展互动关系研究

Interaction Between Agricultural Total Factor Productivity and Financial Development in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps

提高农业全要素生产率对新疆兵团发展尤其是农业发展具有重要意义。基于农村金融发展对农业全要素发展作用机理视角,选取新疆兵团2001-2015年的有关数据,利用DEA-Malmquist的指数法测算农业全要素生产率,并进一步采用VAR模型对农业全要素生产率与金融支持的动态关系进行研究。结果说明:新疆兵团农业全要素生产率和金融支持之间存在长期稳定均衡关系;农业金融和农业全要素之间存在单向的互动关系;脉冲响应和方差分解均表明农业全要素和农业金融之间存在较弱的互动关系。提出完善农村金融体系,提升农村金融供给水平,完善农村金融的市场监管,提高金融效率。以提高兵团农村金融的发展。

Improving the total factor productivity of agriculture is of great significance to the development of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, especially for agriculture. Based on the perspective of the mechanism of rural financial development on agricultural TFP, this paper selects the relevant data of Xinjiang Corps from 2001 to 2015, uses DEA-Malmquist index method to calculate agricultural TFP, and further uses VAR model to study the dynamic relationship between agricultural TFP and financial support. The results show that there is a long-term stable equilibrium between agricultural TFP and financial support in Xinjiang Corps and that there is a one-way interaction between agricultural finance and agricultural TFP. Impulse response and variance decomposition show that there is a weak interaction between agricultural TFP and agricultural finance. It is proposed to improve the rural financial system, enhance the level of rural financial supply, strengthen the market supervision of rural finance and promote financial efficiency for facilitating the development of rural finance in the Corps.
