摘要
[目的]探讨Stanford A型主动脉夹层术后病人自我感受负担及其影响因素。[方法]采用一般资料、自我感受负担量表、医学应对问卷和社会支持评定量表对115例StanfordA型主动脉夹层术后病人进行调查。[结果]病人自我感受负担得分为(37.25±6.31)分;多元线性回归分析显示,社会支持总分及屈服应对方式均为病人自我感受负担的影响因素。[结论]Stanford A型主动脉夹层术后病人自我感受负担为中度水平,医护人员可以根据病人自我感受负担的影响因素,在住院期间对病人加强疾病相关知识的宣教,为病人提供个体化的护理,并帮助病人建立良好的社会支持网络,从而降低病人的自我感受负担。
Objective: To investigate the self-perceived burden and its influencing factors in postoperative patients with Stanford A aortic dissection. Methods: A total of 115 postoperative patients with Stanford-A type aortic dissection were investigated by General Data Questionnaire,Self-Perceived Burden Scale,Medical Response Questionnaire,and Social Support Assessment Scale. Results: The score of patient′s self-perceived burden was(37.25 ± 6.31)points.Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that the total score of social support and the coping style of yielding were the influencing factors of patient′s self-perceived burden. Conclusions: The postoperative self-perceived burden of patient′s with Stanford A aortic dissection was moderate.The medical staff could strengthen the education of disease-related knowledge during the hospitalization according to the influencing factors of the patient's self-perceived burden,provide individualized treatment for patients,and help the patients building a good social support network,thereby reducing the patient's self-perceived burden.
