巴马内生式扶贫工作再思考

A New Study on the Endogenous Poverty Alleviation Work in Bama County

巴马内生式扶贫工作力度大、规模广、影响深,脱贫攻坚取得重大突破。2018年,巴马脱贫攻坚再传捷报,全年实现3863户贫困户、17290名贫困人口、11个贫困村脱贫摘帽,全县贫困发生率降至8.79%。在梳理研究现状的基础上,再次缕析巴马内生式扶贫工作,明确研究对象,把握主要内容,并总结基本经验。用脱贫攻坚的巴马智慧和巴马方案,讲好中国减贫故事,有利于传播中国减贫事业发展的经验和做法。

Bama’s endogenous poverty alleviation work has been carried out with great intensity, wide scale and deep impact, and it has made a major breakthrough in poverty alleviation. In 2018, the success of Bama in poverty alleviation has been reported again, with 3,863 poverty-stricken households, 17,290 poverty-stricken people and 11 poverty-stricken villages lifted out of poverty in the whole year, and the poverty rate of the whole county reduced to 8.79%. On the basis of the research status, this paper analyzes the endogenous poverty alleviation work of Bama again, clarifies the research objects, grasps the main content, and summarizes the basic experience. To tell a good story about China's poverty reduction with Bama's wisdom and plan on poverty alleviation is conducive to spreading China's experience and practices in poverty reduction.
