On Ideological and Political Education of College Students Guided by the Spirit of the 19th National Congress of the CPC

党的十九大提出了新时代中国特色社会主义发展新目标、新理念、新论断、新方略。高校思想政治教育需要深刻把握十九大精神实质及其教育意义,不断提升立德树人水平。要因时而进,将新时代思想的理论内容融入课程教育,增强学生政治觉悟;因事而化,将新时代思想的精神气质涵入生活教育,深化学生人文素养;因势而新,将新时代思想的方法论摄入实践教育,完善学生道德品质;因材施育,将新时代思想的思维价值浸入个体“三观教育”,提升学生思想水平,促进大学生的全面发展。

The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward new goals, new concepts, new judgments and new strategies for the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era. It is necessary for ideological and political education in colleges and universities to grasp the spiritual essence and educational significance of the 19th National Congress of the CPC and constantly improve the level of moral cultivation. It is necessary to integrate the theoretical content of new era thought into curriculum education to enhance students' political consciousness;absorbing the methodology of new era thought into practical education to improve students' moral quality;immersing the thinking value of the new era thought into the individual "three-value education", improving the ideological level of students, and promoting the all-round development of college students.
