摘要
依据个性化需求理论和《大学英语教学指南》的要求,以广西警察学院的英语教学为例,提出了一系列满足学生个性化需求,促进学生全面发展的改革措施。这些举措包括:实施分阶段教学,构建学习生态;开展分级教学,推进学习发生;训练自主学习,创造学习需求。
Based on the theory of individualized needs and the requirements of Guide to College English Teaching, this paper takes the English teaching in Guangxi Police College as an example and proposes a series of reform measures to meet the individualized needs of students and promote their comprehensive development. These measures include: implementing graded teaching and constructing learning ecology;carrying out graded teaching to motivate the students’ learning;training the students’ autonomous learning and creating learning needs.
